The Cave coopérative de Tain is a benchmark for pleasure and oenology. Established since 1933, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hill, the Cave de Tain, leading producer of the northern crus (Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray), has been awarded the Vignobles et Découvertes and Vignerons engagés labels. The great chefs, pastry chefs and chocolate makers of France and elsewhere swear by Valrhona, the benchmark in chocolate. The house was founded in 1922 and the brand was born in 1947. Here, alongside the production workshop, you can compose your own box of chocolates, choose your own dessert, taste the new products... You can be sure that these delights are made from chocolate pods from the best plantations in the world. Dare to try them hot or cold, as sweets, with coffee or as an aperitif... We will forgive you all your excesses!

The house has existed since 1884. It is one of the region's must-see places! Today, the Vineum of Domaines Paul Jaboulet Ainé is at the same time a cellar, a tasting room, a wine bar and a restaurant. At the foot of the Hermitage hill, it is a delicious and warm address. You are here in a wine fief where the Jaboulet house has been working for more than two centuries in the respect of the vine and which offers a table full of flavours.

Even if this estate remains the most important producer of Hermitage, it has diversified towards other regions. Little by little, the vineyard has been transformed into a biodynamic culture. This truculent winemaker was also a pioneer in the translation of labels into Braille... Chapoutier exports all over the world. The plus : it is also a school with oenology courses and initiation to wine tasting.

A space of more than 200 m², dedicated to wines and spirits and other beverages from all regions of France. You will also find a selection of wines from around the world for great taste discoveries. The cellar also offers a space dedicated to regional products, a small tasting area, as well as a Tableware area. Regular events such as wine tasting evenings.

Fabien Louis runs this space for aesthetes, offering a complete address: wine shop, wine bar, boutique and events in the vineyards... For example, you can take a ride through the vineyards in a vintage VW combi, with a tasting of three wines and a selection of cheeses and charcuterie. Another option: an aperitif dinner in the vineyards on the little vineyard train. And you'll learn all about traditional hillside viticulture, terroirs, grape varieties and more.

This is the second Cave de Tain boutique. It occupies a strategic position opposite the Cité du Chocolat, another hedonistic address. The store occupies an old house, offering a vast, luminous sales space. Dedicated to Cave de Tain wines, it features the prestigious appellations from both sides of the Rhône, including Hermitage, as well as affordable vins de pays from the Collines Rhodaniennes. Excellent welcome and friendly advice.

A renowned patissier-chocolatier-glacier and a gourmet address well worth a visit. In 2021, Franck Broyer gave way to one of his employees, who has successfully taken over the business, respecting the original quality. The store window is a real eye-opener. Individual cakes, entremets to share, chocolates, macaroons, order cakes... One thing's for sure: you won't leave without your selection of gourmet treats. We always recommend this fine patisserie with the same conviction.

This is one of the 3 addresses of the Pascalis bakery specializing in Romans pogne. Established in 1892, this bakery is also located in Romans, as it should be, and in Bourg-de-Péage. A house that knows how to handle orange blossom and praline, butter and marshmallow. Sweet versions of the great local traditions, such as the pogne de Romans and the suisse de Valence, the famous shortbread available in different sizes, as well as the saint-genix and the craqueline, are the stars here.
