The Espace Vignolis houses the store dedicated to the sale of its production with its tasting counter (oil, spreads and wines) as well as other local products, a museum of the olive tree (free visit) and an exhibition gallery. You will discover around the stone millstone and various presses, the instruments formerly used for the extraction of the oil and its conservation. A greedy and fascinating stopover. Je suis allée dans ce lieu surtout pour le musée de l'olivier qui est très intéressant et présente des pressoirs, tamis, jarres, etc... un film pour expliquer la fabrication de l'huile d'olive. Le magasin est grand et offre quantité de produits.

Une bonne adresse shopping à Nyons où l'on trouve tous les produits locaux fabriqués par la coopérative ou non : huile d'olive (très bonne....mais très chère), vins, olives, tapenades... mais aussi vinaigres, biscuits , miel..... l'accueil est très sympathique notamment pour la dégustation des vins (vente en vrac minimum 5L). Le bâtiment refait il y a quelques années est beau et le petit musée gratuit fort intéressant.

Variété de produits du terroir - olives et huile de nyons aop, vin, pain d'épice etc. Vaut le détour. Dégustations à l'entrée - huile d'olive, tapenade etc. Prix correct. Pas déçu. A la caisse, j'ai eu une bouteille de vin en cadeau suite à un barème de prix payé.Bonne surprise!
