At the foot of the château, this winemakers' wine bar offers tapas and velouté all day long, and main courses at lunchtime and in the evening. On the shelves, the full range of Grignan-les-Adhémar wines, at cellar prices. And, of course, there's a wine and food pairing to match. On the menu: salad with picodon marinated in garlic oil au gratin on toasted bread, accompanied by Ardèche ham, individual pies with the soft filling of the moment, fish and chips, homemade sauces, fresh French fries, and more... Every Thursday, a winegrower from the appellation hosts a tasting at the cellar.
