From the starter to the dessert, this table seduces the critics and a conquered clientele, gastro version as well as bistro version.
In 2015, Le Clair de la Plume awarded Grignan a Michelin star. In 2021, it joins the class of "sustainable gastronomy" restaurants with a green star. In the same year, pastry chef Cédric Perret receives the Michelin Guide Passion award. Fans of Top Chef are delighted to see Glenn Viel now co-writing the menu. Bistro versions for lunch and gastronomic versions, sensitive, humble and inventive cuisine, with original interpretations of emblematic bourgeois dishes, such as poularde en croûte de sel.

Le menu dégustation à 75 € est absolument remarquable, du début à la fin, des mises en bouche aux 2 desserts proposés, le clou du repas était le filet de saint-pierre admirablement cuit. Belle carte des vins, avec des vins de la vallée du Rhône à des ptix très abordable. un sans faute !
