Jérémy Lavallée and Anne Sarramegna have been running this restaurant in the heart of the village since 2010. It's a former coaching inn. You can dine in two convivial rooms in winter and in the courtyard in summer. Simple atmosphere and chic country decor. Dishes on the Étable and Étable gourmande menus include roast camembert with raw milk, Perigord salad and pan-fried ravioli, roast cod with chorizo cream, rib-eye steak with Fourme d'Ambert cheese sauce, filet of duckling with balsamic reduction and Sichuan pepper, monkfish with saffron sauce. Also charcuterie from the Ardèche region, truffle omelette, prime rib a la plancha... Fast, pleasant service.
