An institution. Founded in 1996, this organic bakery has left its home village of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne and moved a few kilometers down the valley to Aouste-sur-Sye, but has kept its name and recipes. His breads have their followers, baguettes or molded, wholemeal or white, with seeds, spelt, corn, turmeric... A real farandole! In addition, viennoiseries, large brioches, sandwiches and even salads are available to eat on the premises, indoors or on the terrace along the small stream. Breakfast and lunch menus available.
