The resumption of this small restaurant by natives of the country of Vernoux gives to the cooking of the Chef a well marked Ardèche flavor. In a comfortable, sober and newly renovated setting, about forty covers occupy the room. Every day, a new menu of fresh and local home-made products is proposed to the guests. Since its opening, this restaurant has been very busy and it is advisable to book one or two days in advance. The smiling service suggests that this restaurant also makes people happy in the kitchen.
