Gourmet and semi-gastronomic address in Saint-Paul-le-Jeune offering local products and excellent cheeses.

On the border with the Gard, between the garrigue and the vineyards of the Coteaux du Vivarais, here is a beautiful and charming inn that is well worth a visit. In the kitchen, Sébastien Lucet and, in the dining room, his wife Patricia lead this semi-gastronomic address with talent, where you can enjoy a homemade foie gras terrine marinated in Muscat de Lunel, stewed rhubarb and brioche, then a piece of black pig Duroc Batallé, creamy celery hazelnut, chard embeurrée and meat juice. The chef goes to great lengths! Perfect cheese platter and superb desserts.

Notre restaurant depuis de nombreuses années et notre plus proche restaurant gastronomique , et de notre point de vue le meilleur du coin . Alors à la reprise de la réouverture des restaurants , allez - y : d'abord vous serez bien accueillis , le cadre est agréable le personnel discret et le grand plu la cuisine du chef est excellente vos papilles gustatives vont avec vos yeux s'éveiller et vous repartirez conquis

Dans le petit village de St Paul le Jeune, entre Les Vans et St Ambroix. Ce restaurant est une très belle adresse à recommander aux gourmands et gourmets !
Une cuisine raffinée, une équipe jeune et sympathique, un vrai chef, un lieu agréable et des tarifs raisonnables ! Bref ... Un des meilleurs restaurants d'Ardèche du sud !
