Set in an exceptional terroir, the estate is now run by Sylvie and Philippe Desbos. It was created in 1960, in the middle of the countryside. Grapes are pressed the old-fashioned way, using a mechanical press. Here, the draught horse is back in action, ploughing with respect for the soil. The passion that drives them and the success that has forged their reputation. The estate produces renowned Saint-Joseph wines and, on a daily basis, a red wine from France.

A microbrewery from Ardèche that is not lacking in energy. Basically, a friendship. Philippe and Laurent decided one day to change their lives and settle in Ardèche where they set up a craft brewery after having made their debut in a large brewery in Lorraine. Here, with malt, spices, water and a lot of passion, they brew blond, white and amber foams. Clever: if you don't know how to match beer and food, they will be happy to help you.
