In fact, his restaurant is called "Goûter l'Ardèche". The menu features a trio of fresh dishes, starters and desserts. In spring, for example, on the seaside, marinated salmon, asparagus declension, then fish of the moment, beet declension and shellfish butter. We end with a note of chestnut: a dome of organic Madagascar vanilla mousse and a creamy chestnut heart. Just perfect!
