Over the past ten years, Le Melting Pot has established itself as a firm fixture on the Les Vans gastronomic scene. Éric Damart, at the helm in the kitchen, cooks up inventive dishes using local and organic produce wherever possible. In the dining room, the staff welcome you with efficiency and kindness, in a warm, bistro-style setting. A shaded terrace in summer lets you enjoy the old town. From time to time during the season, musical groups are invited for a little impromptu concert to warm up the atmosphere.

Une halte bien agréable
Un cadre sympathique, une serveuse très agréable et attentive aux clients. Un bon mojito en apéritif... J'ai mangé la meilleure bavette à point de ma vie et les frites maison sont top. Enfin, j'ai terminé par une belle et bonne part de tarte au citron avec une meringue généreuse et ma Chérie ne s'est pas plainte de son café gourmand ???? À recommander les yeux fermés !!

déjeuner dehors sur la terrasse dans la rue étroite devant l'établissement est déjà un pur plaisir. Mais la cuisine qui est servie, inspirée des quatre coins du monde, peut-être un peu plus d'extrême orient ( un cuisinier d'origine vietnamienne) est un délice dont on se souvient
