Read moreFounded in 1928, the Cave de Lablachère brings together about a hundred winegrowers. The 420 ha of vines are situated at an altitude of between 200 and 500 m with a hot and dry climate. The production of 23,000 hectolitres of Ardèche wine is made from recognised quality grape varieties. In white: marsanne, grenache blanc, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and viognier. In rosé: syrah, cabernet, grenache (gris) and gamay. In red: gamay, merlot, cabernet, syrah, grenache and chatus. The wines of the cellar are regularly rewarded at agricultural competitions.

Passionate about vines and in love with her region, she has embarked on a bold adventure. This young winemaker's work is traditional: the grapes are harvested by hand and the wine is made as naturally as possible.
