On the borders of the Haute-Loire and Lozère, Coucouron is located on the edge of a strombolian volcano called Laoune. This county town is at an interesting tourist crossroads for its varied panoramas. Without neglecting its agriculture, as evidenced by the presence of two dairies producing two famous cheeses, the coucouron and the goudoulet, this small town is now turning more and more to tourism, thanks to its water and the quality of life that we find there. Take the time to wander through the narrow streets leading to the town hall square and the 12th century church of Saint Martin, renovated in 1854
