Franck Mallet, in the kitchen, and his wife Sylvie, in the dining room, offer Aubenas a charming gastronomic table. Located in an elegant 19th century house in the Tartary district, this restaurant is distinguished by its design. A few examples of the chef's dishes: beef tataki on courgettes and cereals, condimented virgin oil and young shoots, pork loin, fricassee of sausage rolls and young carrots, Espelette chilli juice, cabbage with almonds, praline mousseline, a touch of raspberry. Mais avec quelques bémols m'empêchent de mieux noter ce restaurant. La salle de restaurant est vraiment très mal insonorisée, le confort des sièges pourrait être mieux, les prix des menus sont un peu cher et la patronne veut trop vendre des vins de sa région natale (Provence du nord) qui sont souvent cher et de rapport qualité/prix discutable.
Beautiful place, good welcome, quality cuisine. Drinks are certainly " not données"
