A traditional cuisine, sought-after dishes with an excellent quality/price ratio. The advantage: the subtle mixtures. The vegetables, cheeses and meats are in season, and the products are mostly local and organic. The beers are homemade, the wines are organic, even the diabolo grenadine is homemade because of the homemade lemonades, the strawberry syrup is made in Ardèche and the coffees and teas are fair trade. You have understood that the watchword here is eco-responsible and organic! The menu is refined and the cuisine is neat and refined.

Petit restaurent avec une carte limité mais entièrement fait maison avec des produits locaux ou bio.
Pour le vin, ils ont un large choix de vin peu connu. La serveuse nous a très bien conseillé sur un vin en provenance de sa région (massif central) .
