VAISON DANSES

Vaison Dances is the contemporary dance festival of  Vaison-la-Romaine. Its eclectic programming invites you to travel and allows you to discover very different worlds. Very big names in dance succed every year in Vaison Dances every year making the festival a great moment of the cultural summer of  Vaucluse. The setting of the ancient theatre (which has just been restored) adds to the charm and the plural delights that offer the event.

  Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th, July : The invisible circus of  Victoria Chaplin JB Thierrée- France.

- Friday 16th July : Ballet Preljocaj. Noces- le sacre du Printemps - France.

- Monday 19th July: Marie Pagès and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. Dunas- Spain/Belgium.

-Wednesday 21st-  and Thursday 22nd July at 10:00pm: Cia Antonio Gades. Fuenteovejuna- Spain.

- Monday 26th and Tuesday 27 July : Africa Umoja- South Africa.
