Amandine and Jérôme will be setting up shop in Vaison in 2019, taking over the Moulin à Huile establishment at the foot of the medieval town. The two passionate chefs prefer to work with fresh, seasonal produce, sourced from short supply chains. A rich wine list, both local and from all over France, is on offer. Le Petit Futé tested the "Comte de Provence" lamb pastilla with sweet spices, and the Sault small spelt risotto with green asparagus from Provence.
