After wandering through the maze of the medieval town, why not take a break on the terrace next to a wash-house? Thierry has opened his own establishment here, serving simple, authentic cuisine made with fresh produce. We recommend the caillette en chausson. The recipe: a preparation based on pork, spinach and chard, encased in a shortcrust pastry and served warm or hot, to be enjoyed with a good local wine. On the first floor of the restaurant, you'll find a boutique selling linens and local products.
