Philippe Zemour's tapas take on local produce, a chic and friendly concept in Vaison-la-Romaine.
In the heart of the old town, in a former12th-century stable and under the Barjaca tree, Philippe Zemour offers the best of our region in tapas form. The chef, who we also recommend for his other establishment Le Bistro Panoramique, favors a concept that puts sharing at the center of the table. You can choose dishes from the menu, which vary according to the season, and on Thursday evenings, the Aperos, Bulots, Dodo formula, the atmosphere is chic and friendly. Gaëlle officiates in the dining room, and the chef's wife also signs the wine list.
