Located in the heart of Sault. A spacious establishment with an interior room made of terracotta tiles, wooden beams and exposed stone walls, a patio, a courtyard at the back with a view of Mont Ventoux and a terrace on Si with all this you can't find a place! The map is correct and the service friendly. Three-course menus, varied and copious. Fresh and tasty products. A couple very attentive to their customers. We have tested the lentil velouté with foie gras and the goat's cheese, fig and basil tart with raw vegetables.
