At the crossing of several roads, crossed by the GR 4 and the Ouvèze, very close to Vaison, Roaix is a charming village full of character. Its origin, it owes it to a center of Templar, circa 1138, of which there is only a castle in ruins and a tower in good condition, surrounded by Provençal huts that make the charm of this ancient part all in grimpette. Below, is the more recent and more lively part, with the town hall, the post… But remember that what makes the reputation of this small village is wine: 85% of the cultivated land is occupied by the vineyard.
