The sign speaks for itself… If you want exotic and exotic, you will be served. The restaurant is a kind of large Caribbean box with ceiling curtains, wooden floors, wooden séparations, small palm trees… The general decoration encourages relaxation and holiday dreams, with colours that play on several blue variations as well as photos and a giant screen featuring idyllic beaches. A little heat, welcome that day because, outside, the rain falls hard. You can still distinguish a nice terrace with a similar decoration, which is very popular during the beautiful days. The kitchen level, in addition to the dishes tinged with exoticism such as a chicken Colombo or a fricassee of old rum, includes Italian dishes (gnocchi aux, Milanese steak,…) and, of course, pizzas. Moreover, the chef's pizza (fresh tomatoes, raw ham, mozza, pesto) and Saint Barth (pineapple, curry, chicken, ginger) come out of the lot. To accompany everything, what better than a good cocktail (with or without alcohol)? A good service.
