Pizzas with classic toppings and also pizzas for good people! Here, the ingredients will please the gourmets, but it's heavy on the scale: fresh cream, Savoy reblochon, Auvergne Saint Nectaire, Brie de Meaux, fresh brousse, Savoy tome with white wine, Morteau sausages, andouille de Vire. All IGP and AOP! The flavours are top notch, the dough and leaven are homemade, the fillings are cooked on the spot.
