THE LUBERON HOUSE OF TRUFFLES AND WINE
Montfaucon de Montfaucon Hotel has been owned by Ménerbes municipality for 200 years. This beautifully restored th century mansion houses the house of Truffle and Wine. This prestigious, informative and playful area is also a training place for the general public and professionals. The wine cellars are dedicated logically to wine, with tasting lounge, information space and sales of regional wines. A sommelier-council animates the place every Sunday and public holidays. The first floor is entirely dedicated to the formation of wine, trufficole and gastronomy, with a genuine professional tasting area. The ground floor is largely devoted to truffle. A wine and wine tasting area is animated by Pierre Marten (charcuterie plates and cheese, vegetable pies, salads, but also omelettes in truffles).
Furthermore, the Maison de la Truffle et du Vin du Luberon proposes to train amateurs to the techniques of sensory analysis and the arcane world of wine and truffle. A tasting laboratory can accommodate trainees.
