A place dedicated to the black diamond and the products of the Provençal soil proposes simple but tasty dishes.
Since 2007, Pierre Martres has been managing this place dedicated to the black diamond and local Provencal products via the shop and the conference centre. A gourmet who was introduced to culinary tricks by his mother at a very young age, he took the reins of the restaurant about ten years ago. From the simple and tasty brouillade to the velvety Jerusalem artichoke soup and its quenelle of black truffle bush, tuber melanosporum lovers have something to satisfy their palate with 2 menus (3 or 5 courses).

Très bonne dégustation dans un environnement chaleureux et magnifique.
Je ne dirais pas cela car 95% de la boutique propose d'autres produits donc oui y a 3gr de truffe dans la maison mais 1500 kg de produits régionaux. Ce n'est pas mal de proposer tous les autres produits mais dans ce cas on on ne dit pas "maison". Nous sommes restés 2 minutes dans l'établissement, qui a notre sens, devrais changer de nom sinon c'est trompeur
Malheureusement, le plat était assez fade, la viande aurait pu être beaucoup plus relevé. Dommage.
Malgré tout l'entrée et le dessert étaient bons.
