Restaurant offering a menu that breathes local tradition in Malaucène.
Chez Laurette is really nice. It's one of the best restaurants in the village. The welcome and the menu breathe local tradition, with hints of rosemary in both dishes and desserts. The chef doesn't hesitate to tackle vegetables that some may find rustic, such as leeks. The most reluctant will not be able to resist an excellent lamb mouse. The decor of the dining room is pure white. The owner and his wife offer a warm welcome in a cosy setting. We recommend it.

Chez Laurette ligt een kleine 200 meter verwijderd van het grote plein met eetgelegenheden. Het restaurant is zeker de moeite waard als je geen trek hebt in een pizza. Gastvrije ontvangst door de host, die ook kan toelichten in het Engels waarmee hij aandacht en interesse geeft aan zijn gasten. Wat er uit de keuken komt is om van te genieten. Waardoor de avond een echt feestje is.
