Michel and Cathy, the smiling pillars of this fine address, make way for Arnaud Nicolet, the new chef of the bistrot l'entrepotes. Always in a convivial, bistronomic spirit, his menu is an ode to the flavours of the South: beef carpaccio, roasted hazelnuts, olive oil and lemon juice; pork cigaline with pepper sauce; roast saithe with artichokes barigoule; mille-feuille choco, lemon and strawberry... local dishes with a Provençal flavour, to be discovered as soon as possible.
