Various meat and fish dishes, a summer menu with the flavors of the Mediterranean offered at La Bastidonne.
In the southern Luberon, 5 minutes from Pertuis, here's a restaurant we recommend, orchestrated by Olivier Brissy, who works with fresh, local, seasonal produce. On the plate, scallops usher in autumn with parsnips and porcini mushrooms, figs and grapes for dessert, truffles, mushrooms and game are the stars of winter, followed by asparagus and artichokes in springtime recipes to accompany meat and fish, while the summer menu features all the flavors of the Mediterranean. Olivier has talent and inspiration.
