This family vineyard nestled on the hills of Des, produces wines rooted in half a century of local history. Organic, sustainable and biodynamic farming was adopted for the greatest respect of the land. Wines come from handmade grapes in order to produce "haute couture" wines, such as rosé, assembly of Syrah and Grenache, obtained by direct pressing with a process of short maceration, by several connections with the film, and not by the traditional method of bleeding. The result is a sweet, sweet rosé.
