It's a small village full of charm and not so far from the beaten track. It knew the Roman colonization before becoming a fief of the Agoult-Simiane. Its castle (XIth-XIIth) is one of the oldest medieval fortresses almost intact in Provence, today private property. Console yourself: at the entrance of the village you will discover the largest oratory of Provence, decorated with a polychrome Christ, signed by the companions of the Tour de France, built with the portal of the former chapel Notre-Dame-des-Aumades. Inside Caseneuve, you can admire the "Maison Commune", a 17th century building which was the seat of the Town Council.
