GOÛT BISTROT - UNE HISTOIRE DE SAUCES
Julien Allano's new address in Bonnieux, the Michelin-starred chef from Ju Maison de Cuisine has taken over the former Fournil on this small square where a fountain flows. Julien works with local produce, especially local products. Sauces and condiments from Maison Aix et Terra (made in the Drôme and on sale in the adjoining grocery store) enhance the flavors. The bread from Julien's bakery in the heart of the village is the perfect accompaniment. We finish with the sweet treats of Goût une Histoire de Glaces, the chef's latest venture to extend the experience.
