Located in one of the small streets between rue Joseph-Vernet and the rue de la République, the dojo offers a spacious and friendly framework for martial arts (karate, aikido, kung-fu, full contact) in leisure and competition. People who feel the need for physical fitness (and sometimes mental) fitness courses can choose between muscle reinforcement, cardio-renfo, or body harmony. The site also invites relaxation, with Tai-chi, Qi gong, and yoga classes. Whatever discipline you choose, you have a highly specialized teacher who reports your progress and encourages everyone to participate. In addition to the courses of corporel for 3-4 year-olds and children's dance (hip-hop, modern jazz, African dance), there is a cardio space (bicycles, rower, climber…) from Monday to Saturday.
