It's a pretty little bistro with a blue facade and a terrace that's welcome on sunny days. Amélie Nogier is the chef, having studied at the Michelin-starred La Mirande. She prepares French cuisine with "touches of elsewhere", and forms a friendly team with Amélie, the manager. There's no menu, just a set menu and suggestions on the slate: salmon tataki, duckling glazed with honey and ginger, Ventoux pig glazed with panisses, zucchini flowers with ewe's milk brousse, roasted apricots and chocolate macaroons. Reservations are recommended.
