An excellent cuisine, a warm and intimate setting, this restaurant away from the city center deserves its letters of nobility. Fabrice, the chef, disciple of Escofier, master restorer, proposes a totally Provençal inspired cuisine, which smells good the onion, the basil and the aromatic herbs. The menu changes regularly, the products are fresh and the recipes tempting. Add to that a staff as discreet as efficient and you will know exactly where to go for lunch the next time you are in town.

Une excellente adresse à Apt si ce n'est la meilleure ! Le menu est à 18 euros le midi (entrée, plat, dessert, vin ou café). Tout est délicieux et en plus c'est un cuisinier maître restaurateur qui est à la manoeuvre!
Cela fait 2 fois qu'on vient et ce ne sera pas la dernière c'est certain.

Ça faisait bien longtemps qu’on n’avait pas vu un si bon rapport qualité prix dans un restaurant ! (Très) bien manger sans se ruiner.
Les menus sont très complets avec en plus la tapenade à l’apéritif, la mise en bouche et le mot de la fin.
Tout était bien cuisiné et vraiment délicieux, de loin un des meilleurs civets qu’on ait mangé !
