The Chef mainly uses fresh produce and only seasonal and local produce. For instance, he will use his pan-fried foie gras with a dried duck breast next to a guinea fowl leg, apples and vegetables. Je vous conseille vivement de déjeuner ou dîner à la Tour de l'Hô.
La cuisine y est de qualité, des mélanges audacieux et réussis, un poisson cuit à la perfection et des desserts chocolatés excellents (ni trop amers, ni trop sucrés).
Le chef a volontiers partagé avec nous ses recettes et a su nous émouvoir avec ses projets.

Had formula meal.
Gravlax excellent, boeuf bourgignon not outstanding..passable,cake with prunes(I think?) 2*,I wouldn't order it again

Sehr nette kleines Restaurant mit kleiner, aber sehr gut Speisekarte...

Nous avons très bien été reçu. Les plats étaient très bon, les desserts fait maison. Nous nous sommes régalés .

Brood op tafel zetten zetten na het voorgerecht, de droesem bleef achter in het wijnglas, vooral kletsen met de gasten van de andere tafel, café gourmand met o.a druiven, en een heeeeel klein stukje deeg tarte tartin en de suiker bij de koffie moesten we met de vingers uit het bakje pakken
Waarom we niks hebben gezegd(dat staat in andere commentaren van de eigenaar) Waar hadden we moeten beginnen!
Ons advies is.....ga wat anders doen of een ander concept want dit werkt echt niet!
