Since 1999, the team of this beautiful stone bastide, twice a century old, has hardly changed and is made up of Christian Bœuf's faithful followers. You will enjoy a fine local cuisine where the products of the region, in particular the truffle of the Haut-Var, find their place in pleasantly presented dishes. It is also a charming stopover for gourmets, because after having appreciated one or other of the menus and tasted the excellent wines of the region, five cosy guest rooms, all decorated on different themes, await you upstairs.
