Meia, in the dining room, and Laurent Guyon, in the kitchen, continue to pamper and delight their guests with a cuisine based on the finest produce, tasty and exotic, at very reasonable prices. An exquisite vegetarian menu is also available. The truffle menu is as popular as ever, with cod a la plancha, spelt risotto and parsnip cream with shaved black truffle, or cromesqui with truffled Brillat-Savarin, followed by a sweet white chocolate and truffled chestnuts, cocoa sauce and rum jus! Divine!
