Address in Toulon elaborating a renewed card of season, a traditional and Mediterranean cooking, meats.

Martial Merlino and Pierre Andreini, who are very involved in true homemade cooking, pamper their guests with a well-prepared Provencal cuisine. The menu is renewed each season and offers traditional and Mediterranean cuisine, with specialities such as Provençal stuffed meat (a must!), the candied lamb mouse and its creamy polenta with parmesan, the Saint-Marcelin with Espelette chilli pepper and its black olive jam, or the wolf in a salt crust. Ce petit restaurant, proche de la gare, est une pépite toulonnaise. Tout est fait maison. Le poisson et la souris d'agneau sont tout simplement délicieux et l'on finit sur une très bonne note avec les desserts (notamment celui au chocolat).
