Known for their quality, Florence and Philippe Bertin's cheeses can be found on the best tables in the region. They raise cows and goats on the hills of Taradeau and make their excellent cheeses, whose reputation is well established. Fresh, creamy, in brick, crottin, ashy, fragrant, their goat camembert is a must, as is their tasty tomme aged six months in the cellar. To be discovered in their 17th century Provencal farmhouse, nestled on the heights of the village or on the markets of Draguignan and Lorgues.
