Restaurant offering homemade cuisine and a complete menu based on the market
The cuisine is homemade and each lunchtime, a complete menu elaborated according to the market, is presented on the slate. One must admit that the menu is not as sophisticated and the dishes not as tempting as a few years ago. The restaurant has taken the bistro turn and the dishes presented on the slate are rather common: Niçoise salad, baked camembert, ribeye steak with wine sauce, tagliatelle burrata and pesto, to name but a few. It's a pity because this table had accustomed us to sophisticated dishes.

On arrive et la serveuse nous prévient très gentiment qu'on aura 45 minutes d'attente car elle n'a qu'un chef en cuisine...bah c'est pas grave,on est en week-end et on va boire un verre pour patienter.
Et cette serveuse qui s'avèrera être la boss du lieu aura tout le temps un petit mot,une petite attention,nous offrira même un verre de vin pour s'excuser de l'attente.
On a mangé, très bien même mais au delà du repas,je voudrais souligner l'extrême gentillesse,l'accueil et l'humour de Manon et de son époux (Philippe, je crois).
Ça fait un bien fou de croiser le chemin de personnes dotées d'une telle énergie et d'une telle gentillesse.
Si vous cherchez un endroit où passer un moment de détente,en laissant de côté votre côté "client",asseyez vous à une table, commandez,dégustez communiquez...rien de cette halte ne vous décevra.
Un moment au top. Accueil avec le sourire franc et sincère.
45 minutes d'attente nous sont annoncées ! Nous acceptons le deal car en week-end et un soleil magnifique. Attente plus qu'agréable.
Manon au service ... Un bout de femme exceptionnel ! Douce, directe, franche, bourrée d'humour et professionnelle.
Nous nous sommes régalés. Carpaccio de tomates anciennes - burrata et andouillette - salade et frites maison, simple et pourtant réalisé à la perfection !
Nous avons ri et vécu un excellent début de week-end en choisissant cet établissement.
