Sanary-sur-Mer is a bit like Saint-Tropez, only less overrated. Or perhaps it's the Saint-Tropez of before the glamour craze that has taken over, with all the starlets and yachts that invade its port in summer. Sanary-sur-Mer, on the other hand, has kept its small fishermen's port and remains very authentic. Here, you can admire the pretty, colorful fishing boats known as "les pointus". You'll love taking photos of them, so picturesque and typical of Sanary. A wide promenade is planned for 2024.
