Read moreThis 8-hectare vineyard, located in the Salins plain, has the great fortune to live a second life thanks to Laurence Berlemont, an agricultural engineer, and Patrick Devaux, who both, with persistence and imagination, have been able to revive the vineyard, which has been organically farmed since the 2013 harvest and biodynamically farmed since 2021. This private cellar aims at high-end wines and offers exclusive and confidential vintages. As for the 500 olive trees, they produce a very sweet and aromatic olive oil.
