Overlooking the small beach of La Ponche, this iconic hotel, which has welcomed Françoise Sagan, Brigitte Bardot, Romy Schneider, Gunter Sachs, Boris Vian... has been given a makeover. On the program for this renewal: rooms named after illustrious visitors, with a new room, the Simone Duckstein room, to seal the links of memory, a sunny table where the chef offers a Mediterranean menu, focused on local vegetables, daily fish, and market vibrations, and a bar to reconnect with the past (the Saint-Germain-des-Prés).

호텔자체는 크지는 않지만 객실을 비우는 동안 청소가 2회 된것 같았다. 두번째 들어왔을때 침대 아래에 발을 둘수 있는것(?) 을 놔두셨던데 세심하고 날씨가 추워 마음에 들었음. 요리는 대체적으로 비싸지만 5성급 호텔이니 납득을 해야 함(?) 아침은 구성에 비해 비싸고 추가금액이 있어서 추천은 못하겠다. 직원들은 친절하다

To start, the service was indeed a 5-star hotel service and excellence. The hotel is luxurious and comfortable. It really does feel like in the movies. The weather was amazing as it always is in the south. The restaurant was great in quality, variety and table service. The options of local foods meet chef artistry was on point. Not only do I recommend but I promise that I will revisit soon. The location is difficult to access by car due to no parking spaces available in the downtown.

Really good, albeit expensive hotel. Not the most convenient location to get to via car but a nice quiet spot a shot distance from the waterfront and shops.

je tiens à éclaircir un certain point au niveau du restaurant. Si ça vient d’une bouteille, ce n’est pas frais : peu de choses m’importunent plus que d’aller dans un restaurant et commander un jus d’orange FRAIS, demandant au serveur si les oranges sont fraîchement pressées, qui a l’audacité de m’amener un jus d’orange en bouteille type andros ou jockey. Beurk. À la poubelle.
Pour moi le mot frais a toujours signifié que les oranges étaient pressées après que ma commande soit passée. Petit déjeuner d’anniversaire de mariage gâché par les mensonges et le manque d’honnêteté dont fait preuve ce restaurant (et du coup cet hôtel). Honteux de vendre du jus aussi mauvais à ses clients, et surtout honteux de les prendre pour des imbéciles qui ne sauront pas reconnaître un jus frais d’un jus vendu au Vival en bas de la rue. Je vous mets pas une étoile, je vous mets la note de 0/10.
