Au Caprice des deux, since 1994, is the story of a brother and a sister, who have a passion for cooking and sharing. The chef Stéphane Avelin, who only works with fresh products, knows how to highlight a regional and traditional cuisine. You will appreciate his "œuf cocotte" (organic) with truffles, his chicken supreme with crayfish, his roast fillet of Charolais beef "façon Caprice" (400g for two) accompanied by a risotto with truffles, Béarnaise sauce, truffle sauce. To finish, a raspberry crunch or the chef's tarte tatin.

Tarifs prohibitifs pour une cuisine quelconque et minimaliste. Nous avons attendu très longtemps pour un vulgaire burger pas meilleur que dans un fast-food mais nettement plus cher (23 euros + 4 euros pour les frites). À éviter.

Des prix prohibitifs pour une cuisine très moyenne... ce n'est plus ce que c'était ... Les suprêmes de poulet aux écrevisses ... de vulgaires blancs de poulet enroulés garnis de carottes râpées ... et très peu de sauce !!
Rien d'exceptionnel !! Dommage !!
