With its lovely terrace on the quiet little port of Saint-Mandrier, and the second in a room with a châtoyante decoration, the Calypso makes us discover the flavours of a traditional With and Provençal with. The map varies according to the seasons and will allow you to enjoy in beautiful plates made of fresh vegetables of land like sea in traditional flavours or with original notes to be discovered. Several recipes of mussels to be discovered as a matter of urgency for their delicious and delicious sauces. The accompaniments are tasty and they also change from the ordinary. An excellent service for excellent value for money.

Déjeuner en terrasse très agréable. Accueil, amabilité du patron et nourriture maison, tout y est. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Mention spéciale pour la brandade de morue (sans PT), la rouille et les moules Calypso. Comme évoqué avec le patron, les desserts sont bons. Ils se suffisent à eux même. Pas besoin d’ajouter du caramel beurre salé. Trop sucré et ça masque le dessert lui-même. Nous reviendrons. A bientôt. Merci pour ce bon moment et le restant de sauce ????

Une belle journée sur Saint madrier et peu de restaurant ouvert. Du coup on s arrêté au calypso. 2 places au soleil, parfait.
Super accueil, nous avons très bien mangé.
Le resto est tenu par des jeunes très agréables.
Je conseille ce resto qui est en plus juste à côté du pont pour prendre la navette.
