Since 1920, the beautiful history of the Domaine des Tournels and the Bologna family for several generations is written under the Provencal sun of the village of Ramatuelle, overlooking the bay of Pampelonne, at the foot of the Camarat lighthouse. 55 hectares of vines enjoy a fabulous location between land and sea at the foot of the Camarat lighthouse. This delicatessen and oil bar, located in the heart of the village, has existed for over 20 years. Brigitte, your host, will make you taste different PDO and organic Provence oils, in order to discover their different flavours. Other natural and gourmet local products, black tapenades, olives, anchoïades, dried tomatoes, pistou, aubergine caviar, Provence honeys, spices, aperitifs, Côtes de Provence wines..., along with oils from the Vallée des Baux, Nyons..., as well as Provencal products including the famous Luberon sausage.

This cooperative cellar, formerly Les Celliers de Ramatuelle, entirely renovated in 2016, brings together the establishment of Fréjus, which became Ramatuelle D'vins, and that of Ramatuelle, with 120 cooperative members and 265 hectares of vines spread over the communes of La Croix-Valmer, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez, including 235 in AOP Côtes de Provence and 30 in Vin de Pays du Var. Eight cuvées in the 3 colours are at your disposal: Soyeux, R, Domaine de Jeanne, Domaine du Colombier, Végan, La crique, Ramaterra and Paillas.

The estate of one of the oldest families in Ramatuell, Benet-Gartich, which has been perpetuating family know-how for five generations since 1907, extends over 30 hectares, 27 of which are classified as AOC vines cultivated using sustainable agriculture. The main grape varieties present are Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rolle, Semillon and Viognier (for the PGI wines). Three cuvées are available, Prestige, 2S and the exceptional cuvée 1907, and can be enjoyed at the winebar in the middle of the estate's vineyards.

The vineyard, situated straddling the communes of Ramatuelle and La Croix-Valmer, has been cultivated by the family since 1805. It extends over 30 hectares, in the heart of the classified site of the Three Caps. All the production in PDO Côtes de Provence is carried out according to the rules of organic agriculture (AB). The grape varieties are grenache, mourvèdre, carignan, syrah, rolle, semillon, ugni blanc, cinsault, tibouren and muscat. The red wines are light and fruity, the whites are complex and long on the palate and the rosés are elegant.
