Owned by the Rouy family, this vineyard nestling between the Sainte-Victoire and Sainte-Baume regions applies very rigorous cultivation methods to get the most out of it. The grape varieties are diversified, Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc. It is also a castle that dominates the village, set on a rocky spur at an altitude of nearly 400 metres. Its lounges, its medieval vaulted cellar and its gardens lend themselves to receptions. A visit to the estate, followed by a tasting in the cellar is also possible.

If the hermits occupying the abbey of the Terres de Saint Hilaire in the 17th century already practiced viticulture for their own consumption, the work of the vine seems never to have ceased since. This ancestral culture took off again in 2002, when the Burel family acquired the estate. Attached to the notions of authenticity and sharing (Terra Vitis label), the estate's team develops products that appeal to novices as well as initiates.
