Old-fashioned wild boar rillettes on toasted farmhouse bread, duck burger with Saint-Nectaire cheese and onion confit, chef's fries and salad, chocolate fondant, Nutella heart and custard: these are just a few of the mouth-watering, truly homemade dishes prepared by chef Christian Longuet using fresh, local, seasonal produce, which you can enjoy in fine weather on the terrace surrounding one of the village's 18 fountains. Fans will also appreciate the regular theme evenings.
