The vineyard of Franc Petit, a former farmhouse of the Thoronet Abbey dating from the th century, with vaulted cellar and oak wrath, is cultivated in rational agriculture, with the utmost respect for the environment. The harvest has the particularity of being carried out overnight. The vinifiation and rearing equipment is modern, but the cellars have preserved their character of yesteryear where the vaults ensure an ideal ageing.
