In the heart of this picturesque village with its shady squares, La Fontaine, opened by Nicolas and Alexandre Fantoni, offers four-season Mediterranean cuisine and trendy Bowlfood. The Provencal ambience is reflected in the dishes: grilled cuttlefish, octopus daube, aioli, homemade gnocchi with bacon and Reblochon cream, farmhouse pork chops with truffles. Asian variants of the bowlfood trend complete a menu created by local chef Florent Bachelot.

Après la visite du Mont Faron, nous sommes tombés par hasard sur cette charmante terrasse ombragée au cœur du village. Nous avons pris le plat du jour (poulet curry/coco). C'était délicieux. Le dessert, carpaccio d'ananas, une tuerie. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.
